This Hippo is the perfect companion for adult or child. It is pretty big, but so soft and plush and has no sharp edges and is perfectly smooth. It measures 27 inches wide at its widest point (back leg across to other back leg). It would be a great gift for many different scenarios. One idea is to suspend it from the ceiling corner of a child's room if they have an "animal theme". I purchased this as a baby gift and sadly the friend had a miscarriage. It is brand new with Tag.
