Taupe / Camel / Chocolate Espresso Brown Microfiber Sectional Sofa Couch w/ Ottoman + Extra Chaise Lounge
Pick up in Pinehurst of Atascocita
Paid about $4000 for this set about 7 years ago.....
Asking $475 / OBO
Microfiber material. We had it scotch guarded and leather treated (On the bottom portion for the leather) when we purchased it. The leather treatment held up great... The scotch guard / Master Seal treatment, ....ehhh...... There are a few spots on it here and there. I pictured the one section up close so you can see the main one. I paint shoes and bookbags,....fabric items... and one night I had a paper plate sitting on the sofa next to me with some clear liquid fabric paint sealer.... well, the dog jumped up and spilled it. I wiped it up immediately and tried to clean it real well, but it left an outline of where it spilled... It's not a different texture there or anything, you can just see it. The couch was under warranty at that time for stains etc... since we got the stain treatment. They sent me a new cushion cover (For the entire chaise cushion), but it wasn't that bad and so I just put the cushion cover in the hall closet figuring I would change it with the next stain.... Didn't even remember I had the extra cover until about a year ago when I found it cleaning out the hall closet..... We were going to put it on, but being 6 years after we bought the couch, the new cushion cover looked to new and bright next to the rest of the couch.... So we never put it on. o_0 ~ Still have it... so whomever buys the couch can have it as well if they want it.
This couch is VERY comfortable. Nice and broken in... Not broken, broken.... Just made comfortable.... Like the difference between new boots and broken in boots! :)
Like I stated in the above paragraph, we have a dog. Dog was / is allowed on the sofa, but only where his blanket is. I would have a big blanket spread out on the couch for him, so he wouldn't mess it up... Or to slow down any mess ups! He mainly laid on the ottoman where there is always a blanket on top of / hanging over it. (Only took it off for the pictured) Ottoman is fine ~ But just wanted to let you know that we have a dog who occasionally was on the couch as well. (He's 100% house trained and was before we bought the couch in case that is a concern or thought.) Hasn't been any kind of grossness on the couch. :)
Sorry for the mini novel of an explanation, but I wanted to make sure I give an honest description of the furniture. It's used... Not looking like brand new... But not bad....
I don't let the kids eat in the living room ~ Including on the couch... Smoke-free home / non-smokers, no bugs... and we're pretty clean! LOL ~ I'm an OCD germaphobe! So all it really has is the normal wear from being 7 years old. :)
They didn't sell a love seat to match this set, and we wanted a matching one to go on the other wall across from the main set... So we bought an extra chaise piece to go on the other wall in lieu of a love seat since that was our only option. It is the same exact piece as on the main sectional... And is in a little better cosmetic condition then the main one.... I was just asking my husband earlier when taking pictures of it, why we just didn't switch them around... I got a shrug...
The chaise is finished out all the way around, so you can have it against the wall, or sticking out from the wall...
This set has extra wide tush cushions which was preferred over the tiny cushions that most of the sectionals like this have / had. That adds to the comfort of this set! The back cushions are attached o the back of the couch by a big zipper on the backside of each pillow... Actually, it's one side of the zipper on the back of the pillow and the other side on the inside part of the back of the couch. They don't stay on that well. But the pillows still stay in place even if they are not zippered to the back of the couch. The pillows themselves have a full hidden zipper on the bottom of each one to remove their covers if you wanted to take them off and wash them.... I never have.
Also, if you weren't going to have them against a wall, the backsides and sides are all leather...
Includes all 4 pieces ~ Right arm sofa piece with detachable, but lock in "able" left arm chaise, matching ottoman, plus additional left arm chaise.
Measurements are as follows:
Chaise: 85" Long X 37" Wide X 31" Tall (The actual back and side are 31" tall, but the pillows puff up about 2" over the back... So really 33" tall.
Sofa piece on the sectional : 84" Long X 37" Wide X 31" Tall ~ Same with the pillow measurement thing
Ottoman : 40" Long X 28" Wide X 17.5" Tall
~ Which makes the length 121" of the section that is against the back wall (Since the sofa part is 84" long and the chaise piece that butts up to it is 37" wide. So when all put together like in the picture, it's 121" Long Across the backside by 85" Long across the side X 37" Wide X 31" Tall
